As entrepreneur I have had over 20 years experience of daily business dealings running an international widespread company. The cost aspect also was a vital part of what continuously had to be taken into account. For me it is therefore obviously that fixed price deals will be made, this to make sure that there are no surprises for you as entrepreneur and also because this it's simple to budget.
Harmony is another starting point in my approach. Bad financial results, not having the feeling of control, not able to find answers to business challenges, business setbacks can and will also have a negative influence on your private life. Doing business is like top sport, the resources and time effort, relaxation and work/private balance must come in harmony with the results.
